Weekly AnnouncementsWeekly Announcements   Here are the announcements from this Sunday's bulletin:

  • Mark your calendars early for the women’s birthday offering, honoring of seniors and incoming freshman, and VBS BBQ Fundraiser set for May 6th from 11:30 AM until 1:30 PM. Drive thru “to go” plates available. Proceeds from this event help pay for activities such as crafts, snacks, and music CD for each child. We all need to be selling/buying tickets. Tickets can be picked up in the office.
  • Our stream is available on Simple Radio App and on Tune In App. Listen to our worship live every Sunday at 11:00 AM.
  • Please be reminded that we have Sunday School classes for all ages. There are also two adult classes. Ross Jones teaches the Covenant Life Class which is using “The Present Word” curriculum. Dr. Jim’s class is studying The Christian Doctrine.
  • Robert is in need of brown bags and plastic bags for the Food Pantry.
  • If you are willing to sell tickets to our VBS Fundraiser. please pick some up in the church office.
  • El Buen Vecino is in desperate need of women’s and children’s clothing. Donations can be dropped off at 401 South Valentine Street.

Homebound Outreach  Our late worship service is always broadcast live on KFST 860 AM each Sunday morning beginning at 11:00 AM. We would also be honored to bring our homebound members the Sacrament of the Lord’s Supper. Call the church office to make arrangements.

Cub Scouts   Cub Scout Pack 154 is sponsored by the First Presbyterian Church.   The Cub Scout program is for boys 7-10 years of age.   Any boy wishing to join Cub Scouts can contact Valerie Waters, Cubmaster, at (432) 336-3937 for further information.
